Due to current staffing limitations, our phone lines are now answered during the following hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM – 11:45 AM and 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM

• After-Hours (Urgent Care Appointments Only): 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Please note that after-hours calls are strictly for booking Urgent Care appointments. All other inquiries must be made during regular phone hours.

Our staff are doing their best to assist all patients in a timely and respectful manner. We kindly remind patients that staff cannot influence physician schedules or control when documents and requests are completed.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or disrespectful behavior toward our team. Any such conduct, whether in person or over the phone, will result in immediate dismissal from our clinic & Practice.
